REEL SHAFT Φ60X1995mm WITH CONICAL RINGS

 Shaft of Φ60mm diameter and 1995mm total length for reel mounting. The shaft has mount points at both ends, of Φ60mm diameter. The conical rings, allow the tightening of the mounted reel. The rings are secured with screws. All shafts are made of perforated steel tube with high wall thickness.

Maximum reel weight, up to 3000kg.

Maximum reel width 1700mm.

It has:

1. Lathed graduations (laps) at the ends for proper bearing placement (e.g. type UCP212).

2. Vertical bores on the edges to insert a screw and secure, so that the bearing does not come out.

3. Two conical rings that lock with a vertical screw so that the rotor does not move left or right.

Can be used with hanging bases 011024457-SBB. Hanging brackets with bearings are not included and are sold separately.

Possibility of manufacturing custom shafts with square threads on demand, depending on your needs.

The dimensions of the drawing may differ slightly.

Shafts must be monitored annually for possible metal fatigue.

The maximum weight is calculated for reel supporting at the ends of the shaft.
