REEL SHAFT Φ69X1820mm WITH R-L NUTS

Shaft of Φ69mm diameter and 1820mm total length for reel restrain. It has Φ60mm bearing points in both ends. The two conical nuts, square shaped, allow the tightening of the suspending reel. One thread is levorotatory and the other dextrorotatory, in order to keep the nuts from unscrewing during the laying of the pipes. All shafts are made of perforated steel pipe, with 15-20mm wall width.

Maximum reel weight, up to 3000kg.

Maximum reel width 1520mm.

Minimum reel width 600mm.

Possibility of custom manufacturing shafts with square thread, according to your needs.

Shafts must be monitored annually for possible metal fatigue.

The maximum weight is calculated for reel supporting at the ends of the shaft.
