DOUBLE PIPE ROLL UNWINDING STATION 850

The double pipe roll unwinding station is a construction used in faster and easier laying of water supply, irrigation, geothermal pipes but mostly for coated pipes with protection spiral, for heating systems. With the use of the unwinding station, the pipe laying operations can be done with one less worker. The pipes can be arranged better and cannot get tangled. During the laying of heating pipes, you can mount the red pipe onto the one roll and the bue pipe on the other. Maximum external diameter of the roll which can be mounted is Φ850mm. You can adjust the support system for the internal diameter of the roll in 3 positions, for Φ345mm, Φ425mm and Φ505mm rolls. The unwinding station is compatible with all known roll manufacturers e.g. Palaplast. The mounting of the roll is an easy task and during laying, the pipe goes through the guide ring. The two roll mount bases can be removed from the central rotatory pin for easier transportation of the unwinding station. Click here to see the video.
