The SET80ME includes Log splitter screwcone consisting of 1.Body for screw cone splitter. Diameter Φ80mm and length 100mm. Bore Φ38mm with 2 allen screws.Made from high grade steel. Works with a replaceable screw end. It has female left M36 thread. 2.Replaceable screw end for bodies. Diameter Φ60 and length 170mm. With left male thread M36. Hardened steel. High quality resistant steel structure. Proposed speed 300rpm (200 up to 600rpm). Shaft Φ40mm St37-2 standard size, total length 420mm. There is a keyway for a V-belt pulley with bore Φ40mm for alternative transmission by electric motor or gasoline engine. The shaft has a shoulder to fit in a cone with Φ38mm bore.Two pillow blocks UCP208 for shaft Φ40mm. The cast iron UCP-type ScrewCone sets can not accept heavy loads such as PF, SD, SB with steel mountings.
