Plastic roller, lathe manufactured with smooth surface. Polyethylene is used as material. Outer diameter Φ100mm. Total length 115mm. It has bearings for easier rotation and a Φ20mm pin of 200mm total length. It is ideal for rolling plastic pipes and cables. Lubrication is not required due to the use of closed type ball bearings. It has a base made from bent sheet metal 5mm thick for greater stability and weight. In the base there are 4 bores with M12 thread. The height of the roller shaft from the base is 120mm. It is often used for rolling of pipes, elceetric cables and optic fibre. Maximum permitted pipe diameter for rolling is Φ110mm.
